Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International shipping is not currently available, but we're working on expanding our shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

During major holidays, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by specific dates. Please refer to our holiday shipping calendar for cutoff dates.
