Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@opalshopllc.com or call 1-800-555-1234
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and return form in the package
- Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RA number)
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In such cases, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We'll process your refund promptly once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
