What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and the following credit cards are acceptable: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.

 

How to change my order?

You can send an email to us (support@natheny.com) within 12 hours and inform us the following details: your order number, and what changes you’d like to make. Please notice this is not applicable to Cash on Delivery order.

 

How can I check status of my order?

How soon will my order ship?

The orders submitted by 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. If you place the order after that, normally it will be shipped out the next business day.

 

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

When your order arrives in your country, import charges and taxes will be levied. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the specific duties/taxes will depend on your destination, normally there are no additional charges, but there may be exception. Please contact your local customs office and check for specific amounts and percentages.

 

Natheny is not able to control and will not be responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You need to pay additional charges for customs clearance. Note: In rare occasions, some packages may get delayed by customs agents.

 

How to use a discount code?

You need to enter the Discount Codes at the checkout page, and click "Apply" to check the updated order. Discount codes or gift cards can only be applied at time of checkout. Once the order is submitted, we cannot adjust any prices.

 

NOTE: Only one Discount Code can be used on each purchase. It cannot be applied to previous orders, nor be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

 

 

Do you ship to different countries?

Yes! We can send the package internationally.

 

Do you accept returns?

We will gladly accept clean, and unused items for refund. Please visit the Refund Policy page for more about our policies.

 

I like something in your store but thats out of stock! What should I do?

If so, please email us at support@natheny.com. We will make a response within 24 hours.

 

Is your website safe?

Absolutely Yes! We use Shopline which has a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. In addition, Shopline's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.

 

I sent back my original order for exchange. When will the new item arrive?

Generally, we will ship out newly ordered items after we receive the original one.
